The Challenge
Each year, thousands of young adults age out of foster care without stable housing, consistent mentorship, or clear pathways to employment.
Too many face homelessness, unemployment, untreated trauma, and isolation during some of the most formative years of their lives.
Youth age out of foster care each year
Experience homelessness or incarceration shortly after leaving care
Earn significantly less than their peers by age 26
